Replacing your telephone system can be a scary and daunting thought, but it doesn’t need to be. With us, you can rest assured that the transition between old and new will be as seamless and stress-free as possible.

While some disruption to communications is unavoidable, we keep it to a minimum by making the switch at a time that suits you, whether that is over lunch or out of hours; we’re flexible and fit in with your schedule. Furthermore, we only make the switch once we’re satisfied everything is ready and our engineers have received the go-ahead from you.

Post-installation support

Once you’re up and running, we train all your staff on your new system and auxiliary software and are available to provide aftersales support should you have questions or need assistance. We also offer a return site visit within 14 days of installation to make any programming alterations required once you’ve had time to get to know your new package.
